RPCS is the first contractor in the utility space to pre-assemble the Array Technologies tracker.
Through their unrivaled kitting processes, RPCS can significantly reduce the amount of time spent onsite reading through engineering drawings, and assembling the Array tracker is eliminated when materials can arrive on site pre-kitted, unloaded from a truck, and immediately bolted to the foundation posts. Modules can then be mounted right away.
Kitting allows the work that would otherwise be done onsite to be done in a controlled environment by an Array tracker expert. It is also quality controlled prior to shipment, eliminating time in the field and the risks associated with weather delays or errors that require further work and remediation.
RPCS pre-kits projects that it installs as well as provides this service to other installers who want to streamline their construction schedules.
