Our Leadership Team
Eben is the Founder and President of RP and oversees the company’s go-to market strategy and execution plan. He remains heavily involved in all aspects of the company from its operational execution plans, financial reporting and analyses, sales and marketing strategies, customer engagements as well as his passionate commitment to the culture and well-being of the company’s employees. Eben entered the solar market in 2003, first selling and installing residential and commercial systems to business development roles with inverter, module, and tracker manufacturers, until launching RP in 2014. Eben lives in Carmel, California, with his family and works out of the company’s headquarters in Monterey, California.
Alex has been with RP since the company’s first days in 2014 and leads the sales team, including the marketing, account management, engineering, contracting, and sales operations teams. Alex is a native New Yorker, now living with his family in sunny Florida and working out of the company’s Tampa office.
Crosby joined RP as Chief Financial Officer in 2024 after advising the company on its sale to Quanta Services. A strong believer in the RP team’s capacity to accelerate the energy transition through passionate, sector-focused distribution, Crosby guides the company’s strategic direction, oversees financial planning and reporting activities, and drives investment decisions across the business. As a leader, he has a bias for action, a commitment to high quality data and analytical rigor, and a deep sense of integrity. Before his involvement with RP, Crosby was a power and renewables-focused investment banker with Guggenheim Partners, where he advised on solar, wind, and energy storage transactions totaling more than two billion dollars. Early in his career, he worked as an economic development consultant focused on food and energy security across seven countries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. On the weekends, you’ll find Crosby spending time with his community in Burlington, Vermont, appreciating live music, and getting outdoors in the Champlain Valley. Crosby holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Mathematics and History from Williams College.
Andrew brings more than 16 years of human resources, talent acquisition, and business operations experience to RP. Andrew oversees RP’s people operations to ensure we are providing the ultimate employment experience while creating an unmatched company culture. Andrew works closely with company leaders to solve workforce solutions from an internal, external, and contingent perspective. Andrew recognizes the importance of growing, developing, and maintaining a talented and engaged workforce and how it positively impacts the organization’s success. Andrew’s team-oriented mindset and get-it-done attitude reinforces our company values of putting people first. Prior to Andrew’s professional portfolio, he proudly served as a Damage Controlmen in the US Coast Guard. He supported maritime and shore-based units. Missions included 9/11 military response, search and rescue, international fishing enforcement, narcotics interdiction, and a public relations tour with the Department of Defense.
A proven relationship builder and problem solver, Dylan leads the business development team as Senior Vice President of Business Development. With 12 years in the renewables industry, he specializes in educating and connecting customers to optimal solutions for their solar projects. Since joining the team in 2016, he has helped RP become the nation’s leading solar supplier. Prior to joining the company, he worked in the module supply business, where one of his module customers (RP) provided an opportunity to get back to his core passion of projects, and the rest is history. Outside of work, Dylan’s time is focused on his family, spending time with his wife and son in Vermont.
Kathy leads the accounting team, joining RP in 2019 after many years as a director within the accounting and finance group for a large specialty retailer. Kathy built the accounting team through a period of rapid growth, developing the people as well as processes which have continued through the company’s acquisition by Quanta Services, Inc. Kathy holds a Master of Accounting degree from San Jose State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from UC Santa Cruz. She serves on the board of Girl Scouts of California Central Coast, having been a long-term adult volunteer within the organization. Kathy lives in Santa Cruz, California, with her family.
Nate Russell leads the technology department, including the IT and software development teams. Nate joined the team in 2016 and has helped the company grow to become an industry leader in technology enabled solutions, including the development of FastTrackBuild, RPCS’ internally developed project management platform. Born and raised in New England, Nate currently lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling the country and spending time with his three-year old nephew, William.
In his current role as Senior Director of Supply Chain and Logistics Execution (SCALE), Wes is responsible for warehouse development, supply chain management, and logistics efforts. With more than a decade of experience in the solar industry, ranging from solar tracker installation and field superintendent to warehouse superintendent, his strong suits are training and development. Wes leads with the mindset of investing in people not positions.
Paul Towber is the Director of Project Design and oversees/coordinates the structural, topography, and material teams as they develop project designs for salespeople and customers. Paul first joined RP as a project analyst for the sales team in 2018 after completing his undergraduate studies from Sacramento State University and quickly developed the design team into an outfit that balances both quality and efficiency in all of its deliverables. Paul's team has grown tenfold since its inception, and credits the team’s penchant for excellence and completeness as one of the key reasons that RP has been able to stand out in the booming solar market.
Bri Bruce serves as the Director of Marketing, spearheading the company’s internal and external marketing initiatives, and brings to the company more than 12 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, publishing, and media relations for both corporate companies and small businesses. Since joining in 2017, Bri has overseen the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, executing exciting and creative marketing initiatives to drive growth, foster customer and partner relationships, and enhance brand exposure and market awareness. Bri previously served in digital media and sales development roles in the technology industry, and has held roles as a content development manager, brand specialist, editor, and graphic designer for various publishing companies. Bri holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and has post-graduate education from University of California at Berkeley in professional editing. Aside from her professional career, Bri is also a widely published author and award-winning film producer.
